It has the “Top Hat” design of the OEM frame. This notch will allow you to lay frame on a 28” diameter tire. The material is 10 gauge steel that is laser cut and CNC broke to provide accurate fitting parts. Each side comes as 4 individual pieces already shaped to fit with 3 internal gussets that must be welded together. The internal gussets make squaring the notch easier than a standard weld together c-notch. \u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eWe also offer this as a welded assembly. The top, sides, and internal gussets are 100% TIG welded together beautifully and makes the install that much easier.  All you have to do from there is place the c-notch on to your chassis, weld it in, cut the notch out, and then weld the bottom in place.
